Job Description

Manage ground‑up or large‑scale commercial projects through completion
Oversee RFIs, submittals, PCOs, change orders, schedule updates, and documentation
Lead subcontractor coordination, field operations, and project logistics
Maintain strong communication with owners, architects, and field teams
Drive quality control, finish detail, and multi‑phase project execution
Mentor APMs and support staff as needed
Represent the builder professionally as a client‑facing leader

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of construction experience (PM/Sr PM)
Proven track record with established GCs and solid project tenure
Experience delivering country club, multifamily, hospitality, commercial, or luxury residential projects
Strong RFI, submittal, change order, and documentation skills
High attention to detail with experience on complex, multi‑phase projects
Able to run projects independently with minimal handholding
Clear, professional communication and clean reasons for previous job changes
References in hand are a major plus
(APM-track candidates with 2+ years APM experience also encouraged for junior roles)
