Job Description

  • Supervising commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Developing project schedules and coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Ensuring all projects adhere to quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Conducting regular site inspections and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Leading meetings with clients, architects, and engineers to discuss project progress and expectations.
  • Managing project budget and ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Resolving project-related issues effectively and promptly.
  • Promoting a positive team environment and maintaining high levels of workmanship.
