Job Description

  • Lead the planning, execution, and completion of commercial and/or industrial construction projects.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address issues to avoid delays or cost overruns.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams and field staff.
  • Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial or industrial construction.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects from pre-construction through closeout.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, MS Project).
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
