Project Manager - Commercial Contruction

• Plan, execute, and oversee ground-up and tenant improvement (TI) construction projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and clients to meet project goals and expectations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain quality standards.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to management and clients.
• Resolve project issues and implement solutions to mitigate risks.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project execution.
• Foster a collaborative work environment with all team members and stakeholders.
