Project Manager | Commercial GC

• Plan and manage all phases of commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines, making adjustments as necessary to meet goals.
• Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal construction regulations.
• Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and project execution.
