They are known for their craftsmanship and attention to detail with every project and have high standards for their team.Job DescriptionManage multiple commercial construction projects frompreconstruction throughclose‑out, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignmentSupport preconstruction efforts including budgeting, value engineering, constructability reviews, and subcontractor bid leveling/buyoutDevelop, track, and forecast project budgets, job costs, and cash flow; implement corrective actions as neededCoordinate schedules and construction planning with Superintendents to maintain progress across all assigned projectsAdminister subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, RFIs, and submittals in accordance with contract documentsServe as primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and consultants, leading project meetings and communicationsProactively identify and mitigate project risks related to cost, schedule, quality, and constructabilityOversee project documentation, billing, close‑out, and turnover while mentoring Project Engineers and junior staffMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
