Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Assist the Senior Project Manager in developing the project schedule
  • Become familiar with and understand plans, specifications, site, local codes, local officials and inspection procedures
  • Schedule all subcontractors and deliveries as needed
  • Ensures quality standards are being met throughout the project
  • Become knowledgeable with the scope of all subcontract agreement
  • Attend job meetings and/or any other meetings as may be required for the successful and timely completion of the project(s)
  • Communicate, implement and enforce company safety policy
  • Maintain a safe, clean and orderly job site throughout the project
  • Schedule and attend all required inspections

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field is preferred
  • 3+ years experience with commercial construction
  • Techologically proficient. Familiarity with the following software's are preferred: Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam
  • Experience as Project Engineer or Field Engineer
  • Experience managing subontractors and owners on-site
  • Succesfull candidate will exemplify leadership qualities and the ability to manage a team
  • Ability to learn and grow within an organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
