Job Description

  • Plan, schedule, and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Monitor project budgets and timelines, addressing potential risks proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes.
  • Foster strong relationships with all project participants.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 3+ years managing commercial construction with General Contractor
  • A strong understanding of construction project management principles.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • A results-driven mindset with attention to detail.
