Project Manager - Commercial General Contractor

• Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion in Englewood/Denver.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are met.
• Oversee project budgets and ensure financial objectives are achieved.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations on-site.
• Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and clients.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges proactively.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
