Project Manager-Commercial- Greater Boston

• Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
• Oversee procurement and manage project documentation.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure successful project delivery.
