We are a dynamic and growing construction firm specializing in high-quality commercial developments across South Florida. Our portfolio includes retail centers, office buildings, mixed-use developments, and industrial facilities. We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead ground-up construction projects from inception to completion.

Job Description

  • Oversee all phases of ground-up commercial construction projects
  • Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and city officials
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Utilize project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.)

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in ground-up commercial construction
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in construction management tools and scheduling software
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)
