Our client offers a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and a dynamic work environment for a highly motivated and experienced project management professional.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager will:Oversee all aspects of construction project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and execution.Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control standards.Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.Manage and negotiate contracts, change orders, and procurement of materials.Conduct site inspections to assess progress and identify potential issues.Lead project meetings and provide clear communication to all parties involved.Resolve project-related conflicts and challenges in a proactive manner.Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, contracts, and permits.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
