The organization fosters a culture where hard work is rewarded, and entrepreneurial spirit is encouraged, making it an ideal place for driven individuals seeking growth opportunities.Job DescriptionAs a Project Manager, you'll play a key leadership role in managing all phases of construction projects-from pre-construction and budgeting to scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and closeout. You'll be responsible for ensuring that each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, all while maintaining strong client relationships and mentoring junior staff.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of interior construction projects ranging from $100K to $10M+.Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and logistics plans.Serve as the main point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.Lead project meetings, manage RFIs, submittals, and contract documentation.Collaborate with field superintendents to ensure on-site execution aligns with project goals.Proactively manage change orders, cost control, and project forecasting.Ensure safety compliance and quality standards are upheld throughout the project lifecycle.Mentor assistant project managers and project engineers.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
