Job Description

  • Manage commercial office construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Oversee schedules, budgets, contracts, change orders, and project documentation
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and design teams
  • Lead tenant fit‑outs, interior renovations, and corporate office build‑outs
  • Ensure compliance with NYC DOB requirements, safety standards, and building rules
  • Conduct OAC meetings and communicate with owners, landlords, and property managers
  • Track project costs, RFIs, submittals, and procurement timelines
