Project Manager - Commercial TI

• Manage all phases of commercial tenant improvement projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
• Prepare detailed project schedules and budgets, monitoring progress and addressing any variances.
• Oversee on-site construction activities, maintaining safety protocols and quality standards.
• Facilitate regular project meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations in Mountain View.
• Prepare and present project reports to management and clients.
• Lead and mentor team members to achieve project objectives successfully.
