Job Description

  • Manage financial performance, schedule, safety, and execution for concurrent small-mid‑size projects.
  • Lead preconstruction planning, milestone schedules, zone plans, and constructability reviews.
  • Coordinate closely with field leadership on logistics, quality plans, pull planning, and risk mitigation.
  • Produce subcontracts, change orders, RFIs, procurement schedules, and weekly/monthly reporting through Procore.
  • Build strong client relationships, lead OAC meetings, and ensure expectations are met or exceeded.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
  • Skilled in MS Office, MS Project, Procore, and Bluebeam.
  • Strong communication, organization, and accountability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of accuracy.
  • Humble, hungry, and smart-team-first, solutions-focused, and client-oriented.
