Job Description

Description

  • Manage multiple large construction projects from conception to completion
  • Work alongside of Project Management team to establish project schedules and timelines
  • Manage bid processes and approve change orders
  • Oversee job cost accounting and billing procedures
  • Review projects on a daily basis
  • Prepare internal and external reports
  • Visit job sites occasionally
  • Attend job meetings with owners, architects, engineers and other stake holders

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or similar field
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience working as a Construction Project Manager
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once
  • Prior knowledge of warehousing projects a plus
  • Ability to work independently while also being a team player
  • Clean driving record and reliable mode of transportation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
