Job Description

  • Manage and oversee commercial and retail construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project alignment.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and budget goals.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.
  • Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
  • Maintain high-quality standards and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
