Job Description

* Participate in Pre-Construction meetings

* Schedule the projects in logical steps and budget time required to meet critical deadlines.

* Determine labor requirements, schedule work crews and Subcontractors to construction sites.

* Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.

* Interpret and explain plans, scopes of work and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, clients, and representation of the clients.* Coordinate weekly meetings onsite to meet with superintendents.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in construction management or related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of project management
  • Experience in leading ground up or tenant improvement construction projects
  • Has experience with education, municipal, and healthcare projects
  • Has experience with construction software such as ProCore
