This company places a huge emphasis on developing their employees to level they desire and laying out a clear career path.Apply today to be considered in 24 hoursJob DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Project Manager will be responsible for:Builds and maintains strong communication with clients, architects, engineers, and trade partners to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.In coordination with Estimating and Accounting, implements cost control systems and reporting procedures to monitor budgets and financial performance.Ensures a comprehensive project safety program is implemented in accordance with company standards, working closely with Corporate and Regional Safety leadership. Conducts regular site reviews, supports weekly safety audits, addresses issues promptly, and participates in toolbox talks and jobsite meetings to reinforce a strong safety culture.Partners with the Superintendent and Project Engineer to develop and issue the baseline project schedule, maintaining overall responsibility for compliance with corporate scheduling standards. Actively manages the critical path, key milestones, and monthly updates to keep the project on track.Establishes and oversees project controls and documentation, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports, RFIs, field directives, meeting minutes, and related correspondence, ensuring accuracy and consistency from start to closeout.Leads pre-award activities, including conferences, preparation of exhibits, and drafting of subcontracts and purchase orders, while confirming subcontractor prequalification requirements are met.Defines project goals and translates them into detailed schedules and cost plans. In collaboration with senior operations leadership, establishes baseline profit targets and aligns the team around financial objectives.Coordinates project staffing needs with operations leadership to ensure appropriate field and office support throughout each phase.Manages all contractual and financial components, including change orders, pay applications, vendor payments, rentals, and back charges. Prepares monthly financial forecasts and participates in formal performance reviews with senior leadership.Oversees construction progress and represents the company at project meetings.
