Key responsibilities include:Manage project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and executionCoordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and field teamsSelect and manage subcontractors and suppliersMonitor construction progress and proactively resolve issuesEnsure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standardsMaintain accurate documentation including RFIs, change orders, and progress reportsConduct regular site visits and team meetings to ensure alignmentCollaborate with ownership and field leadership to meet project goalsSupport preconstruction efforts including estimating and value engineeringMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
