Job Description

  • Oversee and manage multiple construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on progress and ensure their expectations are consistently met.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are adhered to and all parties work seamlessly together.
  • Hire, train, and supervise project staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources to perform their roles efficiently.
  • Enforce safety protocols on job sites, ensuring all team members are aware of and follow relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Address and resolve any challenges that arise during construction, working with all involved parties to find practical solutions.
  • Conduct project closeouts, ensuring all documentation is completed, including permits, certificates, and approvals.
  • Continuously seek improvements in the construction process and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and future referrals.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management, with a preference for experience in healthcare projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods, particularly in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster and maintain positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once, ensuring resources are well-allocated and deadlines are consistently met.
  • Proficiency with project management software and tools, and the ability to effectively utilize them to manage project schedules and budgets.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, contributing to team efforts to achieve project objectives.
