Project Manager - Construction - Manhattan

• Oversee and manage construction projects to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are executed accurately.
• Monitor project progress and address any challenges to maintain quality standards.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with all construction regulations and safety standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and clients.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project issues.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to the team and stakeholders.
