Job Description

  • Develop and manage project plans, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and manage vendor relationships effectively.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on project performance and outcomes.
