About Our Client
Our client has built across the mid-west focusing on mid-sized ground up builds, civil, Restoration, waterproofing, and some maintenance/ repairs. Due to a high level of growth throughout the West Michigan market, they are looking to add a Project Manager (Construction) to their leadership team.
Job Description
What the Project Manager (Construction) will be doing:
- Conducting profit and loss analysis
- Ensuring client satisfaction
- Overseeing staff development
- Leading diverse teams
- Providing clear direction to on-sight personnel
- Client management

The Successful Applicant
Preferred Certifications for the Project Manager (Construction) include:
- 5+ years experience in the construction industry
- 3+ years Estimator experience
- Ground-up construction experience required
- Commercial MF, Light industrial, Retail experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
- Experience with Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software
- OSHA 30 hour
- CPR / First Aid / AED Training
- Industry Associations and affiliations
- LEED Accreditation
