Job Description

Project Manager - Construction



    • Lead and manage interior construction projects ranging from small fit-outs to large-scale renovations.


    • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scope of work.


    • Oversee subcontractor selection, contract negotiations, and performance.


    • Coordinate with architects, engineers, designers, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.


    • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.


    • Identify and resolve project challenges quickly to minimize delays or cost overruns.


    • Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation to stakeholders.


    • Ensure project closeout, including punch lists, warranties, and client handoff
    • General knowledge of building and construction codes

The Successful Applicant



  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience).


  • 5+ years of project management experience in interior construction or fit-out projects.


  • Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.


  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.


  • Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).


  • OSHA certification or other safety training a plus.
