Our client is a full-service General Contractor/Construction Manager that has been in business for 15 years. This company, which is experiencing rapid growth, is renowned in the Miami area. Our client is currently seeking a motivated Project Manager to join their growing team who is looking to grow with the business.

Job Description

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Manage project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve any design or construction issues.
  • Maintain constant communication with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, manage resources, and ensure proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe work environment on-site.

The Successful Applicant

· 5+ year's experience in Commercial Construction Project Management

· Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field strongly preferred

· OSHA certification preferred

· Proficient in project management software

· Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
