Project Manager - Construction

• Plan, organize, and manage all phases of Residential and Commercial construction projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Lead project meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate with site Superintendents and manage subcontractor performance.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, keeping them informed of project progress and milestones.
