Job Description

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and documentation
  • Lead project meetings and ensure timely communication across stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on corporate interiors
  • Proven track record of managing projects in downtown Chicago or similar urban environments
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
