Job Description

As a Project Manager - Correctional Facilities, you will report to a Senior Project Executive and take full ownership of complex public safety projects from preconstruction through close‑out.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the delivery of large‑scale jail, detention, and public safety facilities
  • Managing schedules, budgets, procurement, and subcontractor performance
  • Coordinating with municipal stakeholders, inspectors, and joint‑venture partners
  • Driving risk management, safety, and quality outcomes across all phases
  • Overseeing project teams both on‑site and remotely during nationwide travel
  • Supporting preconstruction, cost planning, and constructability reviews
  • Ensuring compliance with public sector procurement and reporting requirements

The Successful Applicant

For the Project Manager - Correctional Facilities, we are seeking:

  • Strong understanding of Construction Management at Risk delivery
