Project Manager - Country Club

• Oversee full administrative, financial, and contractual management of an 8,000 SF stand‑alone building project.
• Maintain all cost controls, budgeting logs, billing packages, forecasts, and change order processes.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, documentation, and communication with design teams and ownership.
• Coordinate weekly OAC meetings and ensure minimal disruption within an active, high‑end club environment.
• Support closeout, punch list tracking, and quality standards in partnership with the Superintendent.
