The Luxury Home Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of custom home construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Job Description

Oversee all phases of custom home builds, including planning, permitting, scheduling, and execution
Manage budgets, timelines, and subcontractor performance to ensure exceptional quality
Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, architects, designers, and vendors
Conduct frequent site visits to monitor progress, resolve challenges, and maintain project momentum
Coordinate material procurement and ensure selections align with design intent
Maintain accurate project documentation, change orders, and weekly updates
Ensure all work meets safety standards, building codes, and company quality expectations

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of project management experience in custom home or high‑end residential construction
Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and luxury finishes
Proven ability to manage multiple trades, schedules, and client expectations
Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
Proficiency in construction/project management software (e.g., Buildertrend, Procore, CoConstruct)
Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans
A customer‑service mindset with an eye for detail and design
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is a plus
