Project Manager - Custom Homes - Maine

The Project Manager - Custom Homes will:

• Manage all phases of custom home construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate and oversee contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand and meet their specific needs and preferences.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Identify and resolve any project-related issues promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
