Please apply within 48 hours to be considered for this position.Job DescriptionHere are some key responsibilities for a Project Manager in this role:Develop a comprehensive project plan, defining scope, objectives, budget, and timelines for the custom residential construction project. This includes determining the required resources, materials, and labor.Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the construction team. Regularly communicate with the client to understand their specific requirements, preferences, and desired outcomes.Oversee and manage various teams involved in the construction process, such as architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors. Ensure effective coordination and communication among team members.Create and manage the project budget, monitoring expenses, and ensuring that the project stays within the allocated budget.
