Job Description

Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
Assist with preconstruction tasks, including cost estimating, scheduling, and value engineering.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to align project goals.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to achieve optimal outcomes.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and resolve issues proactively.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
Strong knowledge of preconstruction processes, including estimating and scheduling.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
