Known for delivering complex, technically demanding facilities, the firm offers a highly collaborative culture, strong repeat-client relationships, and significant opportunities for leadership growth as the data center sector continues to scale.Job DescriptionThis Project Manager will be responsible for:Oversee full lifecycle management of data center construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning and closeoutLead subcontractor buyout, scope alignment, and contract negotiations with specialized trades including mechanical, electrical, and critical infrastructure vendorsManage project budgets, cost reporting, forecasting, and change order processesCoordinate closely with Superintendents and MEP trade partners to maintain strict schedule milestones and sequencing for mission-critical systemsServe as the primary liaison for owners, engineers, and consultants throughout the project lifecycleManage RFIs, submittals, procurement tracking, and overall project documentationEnsure adherence to rigorous quality, safety, and commissioning standards required for data center environmentsMentor and guide Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers while supporting overall team performanceMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
