Job Description

  • Lead construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders to define objectives, scope, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project schedules and track progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Manage project budgets, including cost tracking and resource allocation.
  • Oversee subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving any issues that arise efficiently.
  • Communicate project updates and progress to senior management and stakeholders regularly.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards on construction sites.
