Job Description

Manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project timelines are adhered to.
Monitor project budgets and ensure cost control measures are implemented effectively.
Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on all projects.
Collaborate with the procurement team to source materials and manage vendor relationships.
Facilitate team meetings to communicate project updates and address any challenges.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

Proven experience in construction project management within the multifamily industry.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Comprehensive knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management software.
A proactive approach to identifying and solving project challenges effectively.
Ability to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
