Job Description

  • Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
  • Oversee site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain project timelines.
  • Monitor budgets and control costs to ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to track progress and address any issues promptly.
  • Prepare and submit project status reports to stakeholders and management.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures on-site.
