They have a large pipeline of exciting projects coming up which require bright and experienced Project Managers.Job DescriptionBuilding and maintaining relationships critical to the success of the overall project and companyPreparing and submitting budget estimates, cost tracking reports, and progress reportsObtaining, assembling, and distributing, and filling all as-built drawings, warranties, certificates of occupancy and lien releasesScheduling project in logical order and budgeting time required to meet deadlinesMaintaining all documentation to ensure project is compliant, remains on schedule and remains within budget while monitoring all costsResolve daily issuesMonitor quality control for the duration of the projectWork cohesively with the Superintendent and other leadershipManage project costsRecruit and select subcontractors, maintaining rapport throughout the processMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's Degree, ideally in Construction Management, Engineering or ArchitectureBetween 2-5 years of experience in ConstructionExperience with managing multiple projects at a timeGround up experience preferablyStrong communication skills with management, consultants, subcontractors, architects, vendors, and clientsWorking knowledge of skilled trades including carpentry, masonry, concrete work, site excavation and grading, plumbing, fire protection, and electricalWorking knowledge of commercial construction technology and details.
