Job Description

Lead and manage design-build industrial warehouse and office space projects from conception to completion.
Oversee all project phases, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and design teams to meet project objectives.
Report directly to the Director of Operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategic direction.
Utilize Procore software to manage construction documentation, scheduling, and communication.
Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to optimize efficiency and success.

The Successful Applicant

Minimum 5+ years of experience managing design-build projects, ideally with industrial/warehouse backgrounds.
Strong experience using Procore for project management.
Willingness to travel (30% out of state) to projects in New York and Pennsylvania.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver high-quality results in complex, fast-paced environments.
