Project Manager- Developer/ Lab-Lifescience

• Oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion within the life sciences sector.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including developers and contractors, to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables for successful execution.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Communicate project updates and progress to key stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks to maintain project quality and efficiency.
• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Prepare and present reports on project performance and outcomes.
