Job Description

The Project Manager Will Do:

  • Document control (RFIs, change orders, claims, etc.)
  • Assisting and supporting project team with daily project coordination
  • Procurement of construction materials
  • coordinate bid process with subcontractors
  • Quality Control / Quality Assurance checks
  • Estimating and take off/s including conceptual budgets and self-performed work
  • Business development/networking capabilities
  • Assume significant responsibility for meeting schedule, budget, and quality goals
  • Interact with clients with a business development mindset

The Successful Applicant

The Ideal Project Manager will have:

  • 5-10 years of experience working in commercial construction
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
  • Manage administrative construction duties, including document control
  • Prepare submittal schedules for approval and distribution
  • Assist the Project Manager with change orders, subcontractor scheduling and invoicing, reviewing monthly job costs
  • Assist the Superintendent with RFI reports, QA/QC documentation, and construction field operations
  • Assist with preconstruction tasks, including estimating and quantification
  • Collect and log closeout documents and punch lists
