Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

Lead and manage all phases of ground-up commercial construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budget.
Develop and oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure efficient planning and execution.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and key stakeholders to keep projects aligned with design plans and timelines.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality of work, and compliance with safety standards.
Identify potential project risks and challenges, implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
Provide regular project updates and status reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Ensure projects comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations and building codes.
Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to support project goals.
Mentor and support junior team members, promoting professional development and strong team performance.

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Project Manager Applicant will have:

A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Demonstrated experience successfully managing large-scale multifamily construction projects from start to finish.
Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and regulations related to vertical construction.
Proven leadership abilities with experience guiding, mentoring, and developing project teams.
Solid financial management skills, including budgeting, cost control, and project forecasting.
Experience using project management platforms such as Procore, Primavera P6, or comparable tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and oversee several projects simultaneously.
Experience negotiating and administering contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
Knowledge of construction safety standards and a strong commitment to maintaining safe job sites.
Willingness and ability to travel to project locations as needed.
PMP certification or similar credentials are a plus but not required.
