Responisbilities for Project Manager - DSA - Construction in Los Angeles

• Manage all aspects of assigned DSA construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scope of work to ensure project success.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with DSA standards.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure safety regulations and quality standards are adhered to on all projects.
• Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders and management.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to source materials and manage resources efficiently.
• Maintain clear communication with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
