Job Description

Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish.
Manage project budgets, ensuring costs stay within approved limits while optimizing resources.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
Monitor progress and adjust schedules, addressing any delays or issues that arise.
Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing concerns.
Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
