  • Develop sales in power sports, including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with OEMs.

The client is an international organization with over 70 years of excellence in electromechanical products. More recently, they've been scaling up their market presence in the US, specifically in the power sports sector. The Project Manager will ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Job Description

Project Planning & Execution

  • Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), schedules, resource allocations, and risk assessments.
  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations, quality standards, and customer specifications.



Project Delivery & Control

  • Lead the execution of cable harness projects to meet timelines, cost targets, and quality benchmarks.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to optimize designs for cost and performance.
  • Monitor project progress, manage changes in scope, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Oversee project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost control.



Stakeholder Communication

  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, suppliers, and cross-functional internal teams.
  • Provide regular updates, technical documentation, and project status reports.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.



Team & Resource Management

  • Lead cross-functional teams without direct reports, providing motivation and direction.
  • Ensure optimal use of resources (materials, labor, equipment) and resolve conflicts or constraints as they arise.
  • Foster a productive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment.



Risk & Change Management

  • Identify potential project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and technical specifications with minimal disruption.



Documentation & Closure

  • Maintain detailed documentation of project plans, designs, processes, and installation procedures.
  • Complete project closure activities including evaluations, lessons learned, and final deliverables handover.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
  • Master's degree or specialization in Project Management preferred.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.
  • Other relevant certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, Certified ScrumMaster, Agile, CPM) are a plus.
  • 3-5 years of proven project management experience, preferably in cable harness or electrical component manufacturing.
  • Track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello).
  • Deep understanding of cable harness design, manufacturing processes, and quality standards.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communicator with strong presentation, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities.
  • Experience with change management and risk mitigation strategies.
