Job Description

  • Take the lead in managing complex industrial and commercial construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors, to align project goals and drive successful outcomes.
  • Spearhead the development of comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to stringent quality standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements, fostering strong partnerships and leveraging collective expertise to deliver exceptional results.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks, employing effective problem-solving strategies to overcome challenges and maintain project momentum.
  • Foster open communication with clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring their vision is brought to life with precision and creativity.
  • Mentor and lead project teams, cultivating a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and professional growth.
  • Analyze project performance metrics, implementing strategies to enhance efficiency, optimize resource allocation, and maximize profitability.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in managing large-scale industrial and commercial construction projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to risk mitigation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software, scheduling tools, and construction technology.
