Job Description

  • Take the reins and lead multifamily construction projects from concept to completion, with the autonomy to drive success through your ingenuity and problem-solving abilities.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate design visions into actionable plans, leveraging your construction expertise and creative thinking.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation, employing innovative strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead and mentor a dynamic project team, fostering an environment of empowerment, continuous learning, and a relentless drive to overcome obstacles.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors, leveraging your strong communication skills to ensure seamless integration and execution.
  • Proactively identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies, always finding a way to keep projects moving forward.
  • Foster open communication with clients, providing regular updates, and ensuring their vision is realized through a combination of technical expertise and creative problem-solving.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in managing multifamily construction projects.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a track record of delivering successful projects through ingenuity and perseverance.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for finding creative solutions and a willingness to take calculated risks to achieve project goals.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to empower and motivate others to embrace challenges and push boundaries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, architects, and cross-functional teams.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and industry best practices.
