Job Description

Oversee large-scale project schedules, coordinating with internal and external design teams.
Manage multi-million-dollar budgets, ensuring cost control and profitability.
Ensure design feasibility by working closely with in-house architects and external consultants.
Facilitate communication between construction teams, architects, engineers, and clients.
Lead large, cross-functional construction teams, including multiple subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with complex building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct high-level quality control to meet design specifications and company standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, managing expectations and concerns.
Identify risks across large projects and implement strategies to mitigate delays or cost overruns.
Oversee large-scale procurement and logistics, ensuring timely delivery of materials and resources.
Manage significant scope changes and coordinate major design revisions.
Prepare detailed project reports for senior leadership and stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry, specifically in large commercial projects.
Experience managing projects with budgets ranging from 20 million to 45 million.
Highly intelligent and driven with a passion for excellence.
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage teams and foster collaborative working relationships.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement creative solutions to complex problems.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards, including OSHA and local building codes.
Experience with project management software, such as Procore, PlanGrid, or MS Project, is preferred.
Professional certifications, such as PMP, LEED, or CCM, are preferred.
